Many women in this country are jobless, although they have talent and will. They are hopeless because they don't have family and social security understanding. We want to make them skillful labourers. We provide training in manufacturing various handicrafts. While they are in training they can have lunch and pocket money. When we have shaped their skills, they will get a job (in our handicraft business or elsewhere) and salary. When they can make money, they can run their family and they can pay education for their children. In this way we are making their lives easier. We can make them stand on their own legs and build their credibility in this society.
